3. No Guarantee of Matches

Number or quality of introductions
Response or interest from other participants
Relationship outcomes, compatibility, or long-term success

Matchmaking is a subjective, human-driven process based on professional discretion and client-submitted information.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Communicate respectfully and honestly with any person you’re introduced to
Treat all participants with integrity and discretion
Refrain from inappropriate, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior
Attend scheduled calls, dates, and meetings as arranged or give reasonable notice if unavailable
Inform us immediately of any inappropriate conduct experienced through our services

Failure to follow these standards may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Mindfulnesslovetherapist and its affiliates, staff, contractors, and partners are not liable for any damages or claims arising out of your participation. This includes but is not limited to:

Physical injury or emotional distress
Harassment or misconduct by other users
Misrepresentation by third parties
Financial loss, data breaches, or missed opportunities

You participate in matchmaking at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for your interactions, boundaries, and safety when meeting others.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
Fees vary based on package and may include matchmaking, coaching, or consultation services
Failure to follow program terms may void future services or forfeit
Any payment disputes must be made in writing within 10 business days of the transaction

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any information shared with you about other participants, including names, occupations, photos, and personal details. Sharing, screenshotting, or publishing information about your matches or our work together without consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms — including text, logos, videos, brand identity, and documentation — belongs to Mindfulnesslovetherapist. No content may be copied, shared, or used without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, abusive conduct, or if we deem continued engagement harmful or misaligned.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court in this jurisdiction.
